Video Tutorial: Measure Not for Measure
Straightening out image rotation in Adobe Photoshop

by Deke McClelland
Total Training

In this clip from Total Photoshop, instructor Deke McClelland demonstrates how to correct the rotation of crooked images. He uses a digital photo he took of the Eiffel Tower, which, in this case, bears a passing resemblance to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. While it's possible to "eyeball" the correction using the Crop Tool, Deke instead shows you a little-known property of the Measure Tool that enables you to correct the rotation of the image precisely and (most importantly) without having to do any math!
