Computer Systems Odessa has released version 1.59 of ConceptDraw,
a Macintosh and Windows application for creating flowcharts, diagrams
and plans. The software allows users to share files, libraries
and templates across platforms.
The new version fixes several printing and import problems and
also improves the working of connectors, according to the company.
In the Macintosh version, all print properties are now stored
with the document. The system color picker is now used when setting
a layer color. And the Open and Save dialog boxes now use Navigation
Services, allowing users to open several documents or libraries
at the same time. In the Windows version, the update offers optimized
performance when selecting multiple objects.
In addition to the 1.59 update, CS Odessa has also announced that
it will ship a Carbonized version of ConceptDraw for Mac OS X
April 16. A beta of the Carbonized version is now available on
their Web site.
Version 1.59 is a free update to registered users of 1.58 or earlier.
The full version starts at $125. For more information or to download
